Capabilities

Seven capabilities around the industrial decision cycle

Geraedts Industrial Projects supports industrial companies, foundries, owners and investors before, during and after consequential operational, technical and investment decisions. Each engagement begins with the decision, risk or performance question—not with a predefined method.

Decision cycle

One connected advisory portfolio

The capabilities can be commissioned separately, but they connect naturally from independent assessment and decision support to project leadership, recovery and sustained operational change.

01

Understand and challenge

Create an independent fact base before a consequential decision is made.

02

Decide and govern

Help leadership structure the decision, priorities and governance.

03

Lead and recover

Provide experienced leadership where execution risk is high or control must be restored.

04

Improve and embed

Translate agreed priorities into sustainable operational change.

Portfolio

Core capabilities

The order is deliberate: senior judgement first, then investment, project, diagnostic, transformation, transaction and recovery capability.

01

Decide and govern

Executive Advisory

Independent support for leadership teams facing consequential industrial decisions, competing priorities or the need for experienced external judgement.

Management outcomeA clearer decision, sharper priorities and stronger governance.

Industrial Investment Review

An independent technical, operational and financial review before significant industrial capital is committed.

Management outcomeConfidence that the investment is necessary, proportionate, executable and aligned with the required business outcome.

Client situations

Start with the situation

The relevant starting point is normally a management concern rather than a service label.

A major industrial investment requires independent challenge before approval.
A technically complex project needs experienced leadership and stronger governance.
Operational performance has plateaued and the root causes are not sufficiently clear.
A foundry or manufacturing site needs an outside-in diagnostic before improvement actions or CAPEX are defined.
An investment programme or project has lost momentum, control or stakeholder confidence.
An acquisition, divestment or financing decision requires technical and operational insight.
Management needs to decide whether to improve, invest, restructure, pause or stop.

Engagement boundary

Advice can stop at the decision

A review does not need to become a larger programme. A diagnosis does not automatically lead to CAPEX. Where execution support is justified, the same decision logic can continue into leadership, implementation or recovery without turning the portfolio into generic project capacity.

Discuss the decision or challenge

A short conversation can establish which question needs to be resolved and whether one of the seven capabilities is a relevant starting point.
